Pannacotta Fugo

I want to feed him this drink, but you don't have any problems with it, right?

Limoncello - 15ml
Sour apple liqueur - 15ml
Rum - 10ml
San Pellegrino

Add Limoncello, Sour apple liqueur, and Rum in a shaker, and shake. Pour in to a shot glass, or pour in a serving glass and add San Pellegrino to taste.

Notes: Of Buchelatti's gang, Fugo turned out the sweetest and most palatable drink.



BG Notes: Limoncello was the first thing I thought of when thinking of ingredients for Fugo. I added the sour apple for a bit of tartness, and then waffled between rum and gin for an extra punch. I ended up going with rum because I felt like it brought everything together a little bit better.
I had thought about adding some sort of strawberry element to reference his outfit, but I didn't manage to find anything strawberry related that didn't make the drink overly sweet, or make the composition lose it's refreshing structure.
Maybe I'll find something for Purple Haze?
